The Slim and Lite term derived from its slim shape and the light of weight compare with PSP old version. Infrared feature eliminated, 1800 Mah (up to 5 hours) battery capacity changed with 1200 Mah (up to 7-8 hours). Casing material also modify with cheaper material so it looks very economical. But in the other hand, There are addition feature of VGA out to change the display into multi system LCD or TV. If you want to functions the game as a photo box, please add accessories of 1,3 MP camera and its UMD with album maker ability, edit and print the picture with changeable frame and layout. Even the out casing is ugly, but the performance and sound are incredible. If you want to buy, make sure the Firmware is newest (3,60 M33), and also take the 4 GB memory to save a lot of games. After you get your PSP, dont forget to set screen protector because the screen is scratch fragile.
